  After Rob sold R & E Auto Parts to GPC, he stayed on to manage R & E's transition to corporate ownership. Once this transition was complete, Rob became Business Development Manager with GPC. This diverse role included managing the M&A process from start to finish in line with GPCs investment criteria. The largest acquisition Rob managed was a $9 million transaction. In addition to the leadership of the business, Rob spent many years in a purchasing role, locally and internationally. In 2013 R & E Auto Parts was sold to GPC Asia Pacific in a multi-million dollar share sale.
