  Started at Dosecc as a auger driller on a CME drill for a project at Holly Frontier, in WoodsCross UT, as a new project came up in Midas Nv, I was lead core driller on a Atlas Copco CS 14, Withen the first month i was promoted as a drill supervisor, and supervised two projects in that area.   I started Major Drilling as a parts runner at Kennecott underground mine on a dewatering project, after quickly learning the dewatering process the secound month of empolyment, i was moved into the position of drill assistant, then drill operator. Towards the final year of the project i was asked to move into the position of saftey manager over the project, as I had acomplished a few MSHA audits with zero citations over 6 drills, with help from the great crews that I was working along side.
