  For the last ten years Robert has lead the Industry and employer engagement for the My Pathway group of companies. . Robert is a specialist in indigenous employment and training and has been responsible for setting up new businesses for My Pathway to enhance service delivery to Indigenous Australians. These include Training Connections Australia, Community Owned Enterprises, specialising in establishing Indigenous Enterprises. Remote Staffing Solutions (RSS), which delivers an Indigenous work placement program and labour hire service, and Community Apprenticeships Australia (CAA), a Principal Employer Organisation specialising in the placement of Indigenous apprentices and trainees in remote and regional locations. Robert has extensive experience in Group Training before his career with My Pathway having worked for two GTOs delivering GTO services in the North Queensland region (ACCLAIM Apprentices and Trainees and CRGT). Robert takes the lead in setting up relationships and partnerships across a broad base of Industry, employer, community and Government stakeholders. Currently Robert overseas Community Enterprise Australia, Community Owned Enterprises, Remote Staffing Solutions and Community Apprenticeships Australia as well as responsibility for developing the group’s work force development strategies. Being trade qualified (Chef), Robert brings practical experience and understanding of the issues impacting on Apprentices and Employers within the VET system. Previous roles have included the establishment of all My Pathways Job Placement operations for both Job active and the Community Development Program. Job Active as our new Tasmania contract started off as a 5-star provider and has maintained this rating whilst Robert was overseeing this part of the business.
