I am currently the SPIDER SME for the NIWC GCM program • Created multiple tracking products and schedule GANNT charts to monitor requirements and deliverables being uploaded and recorded to SPIDER. These products are used to track all the MILCON Tracking number (TN) data from design, to installation, to closeout. All three of my products are currently being used. • Coordinate and prepare weekly briefings for the Operations team to update them on any shortfalls or upcoming deliverable due dates as well as schedule shifts. • Conducted weekly one on one meetings with Project Engineers to get them up to speed on all their requirements and due dates as it pertains to SPIDER documentation and scheduling. I have built up a good rapport with the project engineers. • Coordinate and conduct any SPIDER training necessary for new Project engineers, supervisors, or support staff. This includes instruction on the use of SPIDER to upload documents, create and change schedules, creating and sending monthly and weekly SITREP reports, and submitting close out reports and requirements. All actions in accordance with the SIPH handbook. • Communicate with RISM office in Japan to make sure we stay current with our SPIDER requirements for the TN’s, and for any new information that pertains to the MILCONs

-Within my five and a half years as a Maintenance Analysis, my duties included using statistical techniques to interpret findings from data to identify trends and significant deviations. These reports were used to recommend corrective actions to commanders in order to save thousands of man hours.-I performed analysis on deficiencies in areas such as equipment performance, material consumption, scheduling, management and resources; their impact on the unit mission and results of corrective actions. As an Aircraft Armament Systems Crew Chief, I have worked on the weapons systems of two aircraft, the F-15, and the F-22 Raptor. Jobs included working on, and the loading of munitions such as missiles, bombs, and ammo. As a weapons troop, I was proficient on the troubleshooting and repair of components and electronic systems relating to the weapons and payload systems. As well as dealing with the weapons systems, I was tasked with training and supervising crews to load and download weapons on the aircraft in a timely matter. These troops were under my supervision at all times and I was in charge of making sure their training and on the job education went smoothly. I was also assigned to work at an alert facility to maintain real world readiness in the defense of Hawaii and to help to coordinate maintenance between the everyday operations of the flightline and the always on call Alert facility.
