I had the pleasure of working with Robert while he was employed at National Airlines. Robert has amazing attention to detail where he identified key issues while managing the FOQA Program. Robert, was able to combine his flight experience with his keen analytical skills to make significant improvements to the flight operations department. Robert has a terrific work ethic and was always on point with our targets and goals. He was instrumental in ensuring that National properly implemented the Flight Operations Quality Assurance program. During Robert's tenure, the Safety Analysis program that he directly managed underwent external reviews by the Department of Defense and by audit organizations using the IOSA Audit standard. The programs he managed always exceeded company expectations and ensured that National passed all external evaluations with flying colors! I would highly recommend Robert to any organization that wants to add a true professional to their team.

I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Rob at both Ryan International and National Airlines. Rob is an accomplished pilot with a rich background that spans both airline and USCG entities. Rob completed his MS in Aviation Safety and continues to display his skills in this area at NAC. I would highly recommend Rob to any flight department who could benefit from his expertise.
