I am the responsible engineer for Sophos Safeguard administration to combat licensing issues on a large scale. I manage Active Directory and add, remove, modify, and disable computer accounts. I regularly collaborate with analysts on solutions to fix errors in software deployments and needs for new software deployments through SCCM and PXE and perform break/fix for all company owned devices. I troubleshoot complex software issues and find solutions to ensure all areas of operation can connect to clinical and non-clinical software. I train new workstation engineers on imaging new PCs, user profile backup and restore, and deployment to user locations. I created the workstation engineer’s user data backup script 5 years ago and it is still used today.
