During my 12-week tenure, I engaged in three significant projects at TriStar Summit Medical Center: 1. Upgrading the 5th Floor Finish in the North & East Wing of the hospital. 2. Graduate Medical Education Renovation Project. 3. Mt. Juliet FSER Renovation at TriStar Summit Medical Center. Throughout this experience, my responsibilities included maintaining daily logs that documented notes, manpower, equipment, progress photos, and more. I gained a thorough understanding of the construction schedule’s flow and became proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications. I actively participated in walkthroughs with architects and owners, collaborated closely with subcontractors to meet project deadlines, and assisted in successfully addressing punch list items. Additionally, I played a role in the efficient closeout process of the GME project. My contributions extended to completing the renovation of the North & East Wing and establishing valuable relationships with the TriStar Director of Facilities and Facilities Manager. Show less
