Analysing sales, claim submissions, and debtors’ data from the ERP System, and creating reports using MS Excel, weekly. The reports help the Finance Manager assess performance of the organisation at a glance. Querying the SQL Database for bookings, admissions, discharge records using the Structured Query Language, to extract information required by nursing stuff who do not use the ERP system, for their reports and statistics, on a daily basis. Analysing patient statements for drugs demand and usage, creating MS Excel reports, weekly. This helps the pharmacy department make data driven drugs stocking and restocking decisions. Supervising and training two Data Analyst attachés, creating their daily tasks and assessing their work on a weekly basis, and report to the ICT Manager.
