Built a Machine Learning model to predict which loans will end in a missed payment, and which will not, using Python, Data Libraries: Pandas, Scikit Learn and Matplotlib on Google Collaboratory. The solution helped the client know which clients are likely to default on a loan and those who are likely not. It reduced losses by 30%. Developed a Machine Learning model to predict how much a client will claim from an insurance company per month for a whole year, using Python, Data Libraries: Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn and Scikit Learn on Google Collaboratory. The solution helped the client to be better prepared to address claims that are submitted and improve customer satisfaction by alerting clients of possible claims they will make in the future. Created a Machine Learning model to predict which individuals across Africa and around the world are most likely to be financially resilient or not during the Covid-19 era, using Python, Data Libraries: Pandas, Scikit Learn, Seaborn and Matplotlib on Google Collaboratory. This solution provided insight into people’s financial behaviours and resilience, which further helped financial service providers including insurance companies and banks tailor their services to give their clients the best chance possible to achieve financial resilience. Organising Data Science hackathons and events within Zimbabwe, leading processions on the events, conducting technical walkthroughs of the hackathon challenges, and mentoring those who need mentorship. I took part in the implementation of an ERP System, from requirements gathering up to deployment, getting involved in every stage. I set up and maintained the SQL Database used by the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system. Backed up the database daily and periodically, and tested the backups every week to ensure data integrity. Analysed sales, claim submissions, and debtors’ data from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP System and created reports using Microsoft PowerBI and MS Excel, weekly. The reports helped the Executive team assess the performance of the organisation at a glance. Queried the SQL Database for bookings, admissions, and discharge records using the Structured Query Language, to extract the information required by nursing staff for their reports and statistics, daily. Analysed patient statements for drug demand and usage, creating MS Excel reports, weekly. This helped the pharmacy department make data-driven drug stocking and restocking decisions. Supervised and trained two Data Analyst attachés, creating their daily tasks and assessing their work weekly, and reporting to the ICT Manager. Show less
