We specialize in upgrades of OEM supplied rolls. Any requirements between two inches and ten foot in diameter and lengths up to fifty feet. Full in house heat treating to include through hardening of iron rolls as well as deep case carburized rolls. Dynamic balance up to ninety eight inches in diameter and over forty feet long. Capable of providing rolls in steel, stainless, iron, and other materials. Coatings to include chrome, carbide, or aluminum oxide with finished Ra's anywhere between 3 and 300. Responsibilities include: account development, contract negotiations, sales and service of key accounts, production planning, engineering interaction.Available for every repaired or new roll processed at Bonell:** Documented incoming inspection as well as final inspection reports.** Initial balance as well as final dynamic balance reports.** Incoming Pro-Mic profile as well as final Pro-Mic profile reports.** Hydro and flow test reports for all water cooled rolls.** Final diameter report to include surface roughness and hardness.
