Robert is incredibly kind and generous. He is a joy to work with, internally and with clients. Robert does not hold back: he works at the issue until it is solved. Clients love his patience and willingness to break down explanations until the subject is absolutely clear. He makes no judgments or assumptions, just puts his head down and works at the problem, logically and methodically until it is solved.
