I work exceptionally well with others of my team as well as with internal divisional customers and the various State Departments of Insurance personnel. I have been in a supervisory role during and prior to my career in Compliance. My current responsibilities as a Senior Contract Analyst include the development of new and any revised insurance products and policies to assure compliance with state regulatory and statutory requirements. Further responsibilities include assisting in the product development of company products and research of other company products as well as coordinating the required filings to the state departments of insurance for both product and advertising filings. As a Senior Contract Analyst I also investigate and resolve complex compliance issues and assist in the research and resolution of market conduct exams and questions. I currently work independently in both Individual and Group annuities (Registered and Non-Registered) and aide in the training and assisting of less experienced contract analysts. I have been a member of The American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) for four years as well as a member of the Life and Health Compliance Association (LHCA) for four years. In addition, I currently provide volunteer services as a graphic designer for LHCA and am currently targeted to be enrolled in Series 6 classes with intentions of following up with Series 7. Show less
