Working closely with the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, on market analysis and strategies to maximize profitable growth. Key Achievements: - In 2016 appointed to the dual role of Business Head and CFO that saw me partnering with the CEO to take a lead role in strategy development and implementation. - Implemented new analytical and metric-based forecasting tool and process’s allowing real-time fact-based decision making - Saved 30% in labour and travel costs through the establishment of regional hubs in India, Malaysia, China and the USA. - Brought accounts receivable days from 60+ to under 30 days across the group - Developed and implemented our vision of creating a knowledge repository and partnering with an external technology firm to develop and implement our sales transactional app which has been adopted internationally - Performed value-added analysis on risks and opportunities and presented options to executives to make informed decisions that delivered revenue and profits - Quantified financial damages under a variety of circumstances including trademark infringement and breaches of contract.
