Built relationships with automobile manufacturers and large dealership groups. Territory was the western US including CA, OR, WA, NV, UT, AZ. Consistently increased my sales volume every year and have greatly increased the market penetration in my areas. Greatly increased sales by winning entry into auto manufacturer's building image program. Grew territory's revenue by over 40% per year. Sales Manager

Apr 2007 - Aug 2011
I was the only US employee for Argelith for 2 years, I took over when they were at less than $75,000 annual sales and brought it up to $1,000,000.00 annual sales. I worked directly with the automobile manufacturers on their image programs and implementing their design intentions with their dealerships. I also marketed to large scale food and beverage production companies as our products were used within their production facilities. My responsibilities included uncovering potential projects, working with and promoting our products to the owners and architects. Working with installation contractors that would install our products, providing them with instruction and support. Marketing Argelith products to other companies that weren't currently using similar products.

As a general contractor building high end residential single family homes, I had finally found a career that I was passionate about. Our houses ran from 7,000 to 11,000 sq ft. My duties included everything from initial home design with Owner and Architect, permitting, budgeting, sub contracting, coordinating all work, upholding build standards, coordinating inspections, contract closeout and delivery. I was working directly with a developer in the Naperville, IL area building out custom home sub divisions. We had also gotten into a financing arrangement with Countrywide, which in late 2006 started to falter. Unfortunately by early in 2007, when all 8 of our current projects were financed through Countrywide, they pulled the plug on all 8 and because my company was so new, we were forced to close the doors.

My duties included all accounting for this $10 million annual concrete contractor. I also bid projects and coordinated projects in the field. In addition the company owned 4 commercial properties that I managed. This was a very good position, but since the two people above me were the owners, I had nowhere to move up to.
