  A highlight of my time at BSKL was the outcome of the recent ISI and COBIS inspections, where they found the provision and opportunities for students in PE and sport to be excellent. As a head of department I have led, managed and organised whole school events and wider community events; managed budgets; organised overseas sports trips and taken a lead on staff development. I am proud of the PE tracking and assessment systems I have embedded into our PE curriculum.
