Assigned to DIA under the Joints Chiefs of Staff J2 Crisis Operations Directorate was responsible for providing national level intelligence and crisis operations support to the Office of Reconstruction and Humanitarian Assistance (ORHA) under Lt. Participated in complex tasks ranging from weapons exploitation, counter-intelligence and counter-terrorism support to providing high-side secure Video Teleconferencing (VTC) between Amb. Bremer and the President of the United States (POTUS). Facilitated and present for all VTCs involving the Ambassador and world leaders such as POTUS, Tony Blair, and the National Security Council. Investigated aspects of the Michael Scott Speicher case, which concerned a downed U.S. Navy Pilot from the January 1991 bombing raids in Iraq.
