Robert did an excellent job as the project manager responsible for infrastructure installation on over 12.000 unit (PCs, MAC, Win server and Non-Win servers) throughout Ørsted working with both local and offshore resources. He also started the detailed process analysis facilitating workshops on Benefit realization, KPI's, Stakeholder engagement and the onboarding of process consultants.
