Highly recommend!!! The changes Robert implemented while I worked with him were a game changer. Before the changes, the training quality was dependent upon the leader you were working with that day. Some leaders were not as good as others which resulted in training gaps. He overhauled the entire process and created structure with his Day 1-28 schedule. Now everyone received the same training and provided consistency. He analyzed recruiting and helped improve retention and the number of quality candidates. Provided a projected paycheck for upcoming weeks upon request!! And backed it up with data when needed. Any question i had, he was ready with an answer. Would definitely work with him again!
