JOB DESCRIPTION Carry out design review and design management activities in order to insure that the client requirements and expectations are met for the schedule, budget, aesthetics and low maintenance / operation cost Supervise activities of International and Local Consultants of all trade: Architecture, ID, Engineering and Landscape Organize weekly meeting Prepare monthly report Assist the client in assessing and evaluating its design and construction needs, objectives and parameters for the project. . Establish procedures for checking, compliance with design and specifications and monitor standards of workmanship and materials Review the designer pre-qualification and provide recommendations to the client Maintain design changes log / record throughout the following design phases Provide periodic quality check on the design documents, highlight and monitor Consultant's changes integration in their document Prepare Tender Documents and route for Client’s internal review in accordance with Client’s Contracts and Conduct VE for the entire design with all relevant Project participants.
