I Started Falken Industries in 2003, with limited resources, a very limited budget, and the single goal of developing a world class security provider. My goal was to provide a higher level of service and performance for both Government and commercial clients; while keeping the costs to the customer lower. Additionally, I wanted to raise the margins of pay to the employee and increase company profits. I am happy to say that this formula has worked, and it is truly possible to reduce overhead, pay employees very well and develop a company culture that ensures trust and performance. As we celebrate our 19th year anniversary, I would like to thank all the employees, clients and associates who have made this journey possible. In 2016 Falken received the honor being named the number 1 small business workplace by the Washington Post and Falken has received national media attention. The " NEST" is Falkens corporate event and training center located approximately 1 hour south of San Antonio,TX. Our facility is a true 5 star hotel with bedrooms, break out rooms and large shooting range. In 2023, our center opened for corporate events, weddings and retreats. I currently staff and manage a large BPA under the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Protective Service. After transitioning to a permanent contract, Falken provides armed FPS officers for the federal courthouses, FEMA and the on going recovery efforts. This contract was issued to Falken after the incredible need for security throughout the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, we have developed a fully licensed and dedicated local support company called Falken USVI to provide local jobs and support services that are not on our Blanket Purchase Agreement.
