I have worked with Robert Nusbaum for over 2 years now, and I highly recommend him. With his help, I have made good progress with my weight loss goals, strength and cardiovascular conditioning goals. And it was fun! He came to personal training from a physical therapy background, which was very helpful for me in dealing with old martial arts injuries as I trained. He has many years of experience working as a trainer. I am always impressed to see how well he works with such a wide variety of clients from frail seniors to marathon runners. And he introduced me to Tabata training which I love so that I can get a great cardio workout in 16 minutes when I am pressed for time. He is very knowledgeable, caring and patient. He was great at removing the intimidation factor of the weight room for me. In strength training, he helped me to push through my limits so that I could lift weights that I never dreamed that I could lift.
