Claremont Fan Court is a private coeducational school in Esher, Surrey. It occupies a mansion built for Clive of India in 100 acres of Capability Brown landscape. Having joined Claremont as "Heritage and Development Manager", responsible for maintaining and restoring the listed buildings and landscape, I now have two roles, having taken over responsibility for the Estate Office, which incorporates Facilities, Maintenance, Catering, Grounds, Enterprises, Security and Health and Safety. We are currently building a new Science and Technology building, the first significant new structure in the past 20 years.
