  Currently I work as a learning Assistant for the sustainable Livelihoods for persons with disabilities in Uganda at ADD International, Uganda programme. And my role is to ensure that the rights of persons with disabilities are given due cognizance by decision makers, civil society and other stakeholders in development of Uganda especially in selected areas of Kawempe and Nansana. Other responsibilities are; beneficiary identification and selection, administering Washington group of questions to develop a picture of the nature of vulnerabilities and marginalization project beneficiaries are experiencing, Developing livelihoods maps of project beneficiaries at the beginning and end of the project which will be used to inform livelihoods interventions of beneficiaries, Writing stories of case studies about the experiences of Persons with disabilities and their households participating in livelihoods initiatives supported through the project, Participating in wellbeing surveys to triangulate changes in the quality of life experienced by beneficiaries as a result of the project interventions lastly Administering Knowledge, Attitudes and practices surveys with mainstream service providers to identify improvements in disability inclusion.
