Rob, was my general manager while I ran 4 dealerships in Seattle Washington. From the moment I met him, He had a vision, a Vison that made me think! Which so so different than what I saw and experienced throughout my entire automotive career. But I took his direction and learned a different way to treat clients, a better process that was more focused on customer care and Process. With his direction, we made the 4 dealerships almost double our year over year NET in fixed ops, and gave me a lifelong lesson on how we can be different and think out of the box... And win! I cant thank him enough for his patience and making me a better person and not always looking through blinders and trying to be someone who i was not!
