Depending of need worked in: - 5* luxury Hotel Regent Porto Montenegro, Tivat, as waiter in morning team during 12 days - serving more than 300 guests. Very good and pleasant experience. Hotel team is great! - 'Lido' Pool at Yacht Club Porto Montenegro as waiter on private party. This was extraordinary and unique experience. - 'Est105' Regatta organized by Yacht Club Porto Montenegro - as waiter on events. All written under may look like hard and difficult work, and that's exactly what it is. But the most valuable people in my life I met on places like this. All kind of new experiences on each working place, so much new acquaintances and the parties we had! Never will happen again... In Coffee-Restaurant 'Marquise' owned by SDS Company I worked 1.5 years as a bartender, 4 months as a cook and more than 3 years as a Bartender/Manager. As any other job with constant contact with people... The most important was to make customers happy. Working hours were very demanding. Usually 50-55h per week in period October-May and 55-60h per week during summer time. No day off in a week, whole year, have only vacation 21 day during winter time. For this position I needed good communicative skills, good knowledge of English language, problem-solving skills, had manage and order all necessary goods by finding best supplier, supervise and manage staff, determine prices for beverages, resolve customer complains... Working hours were 52h per week with no day off whole year, only vacation 10 days during winter time. 2 years as Bartender and more than 1 year as Bartender/Bar Manager. When company sold this bar I was transferred into much larger Coffee-Restaurant 'Marquise'. Coffee-Bar 'Dionis' owned by SDS Company was nice, not very demanding, place to work with, mostly, every day same guests. Main beverage - coffee. Worked as: 6 months Bartender, 3 months as a Delivery man, 4 months Waiter and rest as Bartender/Assistant to Owner. Was the most difficult working environment in my career because interpersonal relationships between workers in pizzeria and constant lack of understanding by the owner, which at the end, resulted my resignation. Working hours were 56-62h per week, whole year with no day off during week. Here was on hard test my stress control and the art of balancing between owner, workers and customers demands. Show less

Main skill needed and which I perfected here is speed and knowledge for preparing and delivery to guests various mixed drinks and cocktails.
