Began my career in the corporate real estate industry as an intern during my junior and senior years at Lawrence Technological University. Upon graduating, I transitioned into the role of Research Analyst. My interest in the industry broadened as I learned the ins and outs of the corporate real estate industry, specifically geared towards end-user representation. In early 2012, Newmark Knight Frank's acquired Grubb & Ellis, a competing full-service real estate firm. As Newmark Knight Frank made drastic transitions away from end-user representation and re-branding as Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, the existing team lost its niche. We sought out other end-user only platforms exploring options to expand operations nationally, and to remain as end-user representation specialists. We opened the Mohr Partners Detroit office in 2012.
