Assisted in development of the terms of the agreements that met the project timelines. • Monitored transaction based applications on Tandem platform, maintaining 99% up time; monitored mainframes for customers’ daily reports and Fed transmissions, which was critical in moving funds across the various member institutions. • Worked with external customers to resolve issues, escalating to the network, application and/or systems support teams to resolve issues as expeditiously as possible. This resulted in significant cost savings project and also automated the viewing of reports by the end users. • Installed a SAN (Storage Area Network) fiber infrastructure to support storage management to multiple platforms.
