Robi is the most gifted manager I encountered during my career, and I was privileged to work under him for most of my time at Syte. Under Robi’s management, the full-stack group had grown tremendously in size and development velocity: Robi established a very high professional level and work ethic standards among the entire group while paying personal attention to each member - making sure everyone are satisfied yet challenged. He has an invaluable ability to identify and nurture every asset and talent to it’s full potential, which was clearly reflected in the group performance.
