  In 2009 Luca Construct Pty Ltd built its first strata titled Storage Unit development. Many businesses do not have the need or cash flow for a traditional warehouse or office building so we have created a product for them that is affordable, practical and safe. Unit sizes range from 23m2 to 120m2 and with every new development we offer clients the opportunity to custom build a unit to their exact needs. I am personally involved in every step of the process including: -Finding the property -Designing the facility -Council submissions -Building the Storage Units; and -Selling and renting the Storage Units.   Growing up I was always around construction and helping out with my Dad's building company and in 2005 my brother Dan and I followed in our father's footsteps and formed Luca Construct. Our original developments were single houses and since then our portfolio has grown to include grouped dwellings, low rise apartments, factories, offices and Commercial Storage Units. My role is very diverse so it is always interesting and includes responsibilities such as finding properties, servicing clients, monitoring financials and reviewing estimates.
