During this time, I was also able to make changes that have allowed for up to 1.5-million-dollar savings annually. Introduced new couriers to the company, which reduced transportation costs. In addition, reduced damage to incoming supplies by 90%. Supervise and coordinate daily activities for all department personnel, manage time keeping and conduct new hire training. Proficient in QAD ERP. S.M.E. for all shipping related functions during QAD to Oracle transition. Maintain good working relationships with outside suppliers, couriers and customers.
