  Operational MIS designer/developer on an international payment processing system, one of JP Morgan’s global ‘Crown Jewel’ applications.The primary goal of this assignment has been to work with system DBA’s to formalise a wide range of operational MIS scripts and procedures in order to present results in a consistent manner using Apex. Many KPI’s have been added during the development, as well as facilities to analyse configuration inconsistencies, Goldengate status, ASM ‘orphans’ and current/historical system data. The system has been designed to be used on any of JPMC’s database systems allowing quick diagnosis of database problems. A secondary series of projects involved the creation of two datawarehouse schemas and data generation code. Analysis of system logs provided data to predict TPS (transactions per second) and the impact of larger data volumes created by new customers. A second project generated complex CRM data for use by account managers and analysts.
