  Robert Korff is the founding Principal and CEO of Mark Development, LLC. (MD). Robert has full responsibility for and controlling interest in all development projects, strategic acquisitions and enterprise ventures undertaken by MD and affiliate entities. Over the course of the last 25 years, Robert has forged many strong relationships with retailers, lenders, investors, partners and professionals alike in an industry in which relationships are the currency of success. Passion for the real estate business and hard work have resulted in more than 200 successful projects in eight states valued at more than a billion dollars. His hard charging, hands-on, decisive leadership style sets the tempo and is fundamental to MD's efficiency in acting on deals where time is of the essence. Robert's vision for the company's future assumes a greater presence in the urban, mixed use market sectors in Boston and NYC where MD has a strong existing presence.
