  I was the founder and President of BJ & associate, Axium automation and Axium Group (Axium, Enico, Emergik, SPG Vision & Robotics, Lupar and Axium Europe) where I did contribute to its growth with my expertise and managment skills. I was actively participating in the company’s business development, as well as the design of innovative and flexible solutions for our clients. Having participated in hundreds of automation projects, I have been at the heart of the creation of several patented products such as Mixed-Load palletizing, Layer depalletizing and wrapbotic palletizing systems.
