      During my time at Michael Dyson Associates I coordinated a variety of housing projects across the country from Teesside to Berkshire. Developments encompassed schemes for Local Authorities, housing associations and private developers. These included new build Code 5 sustainable housing within the Green Belt, rejuvenation of of outdated care facilities and the modernisation of 1960's deck access estates in order to develop a sense of community and combat issues of anti-social behaviour.       During my time at P+HS I coordinated the development of a number of Extra Care schemes including a scheme providing modern specialist dementia care. I was also heavily involved in the development of a major housing development on the outskirts of Scarborough. This scheme will extend the outlying area of Eastfield with a sustainable development of 1350 houses incorporating associated community facilities including a new primary school and community hub.
