I am primarily responsible for recruiting, establishing and managing a network of agents and merchants, as well as growing the number of subscribers registered onto the TeleCash platform. Territory: Between 2013-2015 I covered the whole of Midlands, Kadoma, Mhondoro Ngezi district, Chirumanzu district and Chivhu. 2015 to-date: Bulawayo Metropolitan & Matabeleland SouthResponsibilities include: Identify, appoint, train and update all agents and merchants to ensure that they are able to deliver service to their customers. Compile and submit reports to the Sales & Distribution Manager on all sales and business activities within the region. Attend to Agent/Merchant and Customer TeleCash queries and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction. Monitor Agent Liquidity through MFS System and ensure that Agents have enough float and cash for disbursement. Identify and establish new Business Development within the region. Manage existing Merchants and Corporate Bulk Payers within the region. Manage employed Brand Ambassadors by delegating duties and ensuring that they meet set targets. Key Account Management. Manage Provincial and Regional branches of KNAs in the region.
