In 3.5 years saved the company a net £185,750. As the first production engineer at the company, this was a fast-paced, steep-learning curve and challenging role. Stand-out achievement was the introduction of two new finishing processes. One was developed in partnership with a German finishing company, and saved 3T over £101,200 in three years, while tripling capacity, reducing defect rate and improving surface finish quality & dimensional consistency.
