Rob and I worked together for a number of years. I first met Rob during my time as a Team Leader and Rob was a Claims Handler within my team. Rob has a fantastic work ethic and a thirst for knowledge as he enjoys the technical elements of a role to really understand the process and become an expert. Rob always displays role model behaviours and due to this, along with hard work Rob was promoted to become my Team Coach. Rob supported me in all aspects of running the team, including motivating, coaching and development. Rob ensured he shared his knowledge with the team to build technical capability and always looked at his referrals through a customer lens. Rob is approachable, friendly and driven. We created a great working relationship and a great team, achieving stretching targets that were set. I am very proud of Rob and what he has achieved and seeing his development and growth throughout his career so far.
