I worked with Robert from the moment he was hired as junior hardware engineer to the moment he was able to design complex electronic systems/boards. In a very short time, he was able to learn quickly and become productive member of the team. His assignments included design of boards with very slow signals (time constant of minutes, but in femto-ampere range) as well as multi-gigabit interfaces requiring tens of amps using contemporary CPUs and SoCs. During this process, he learned how to design the product from the functional specification, through SCH capture and PCB layout phase and finally release to production. Highly recommended as a board level designer and excellent team player.
