Following safety protocals while enroute to the emergency location and making a safe descent onto the property of nursing home or personal residence. Aquire location and status of patient make clinical decisions and perform safe and appropriate emergency care and life saving interventions according to the patients immediate needs. Obtain patients medical history, medications,allergies and any advanced directives. Stabilize and move patient to stretcher, secure and move to ambulance and load for rapid transport to the chosen emergency room. Monitor vitals and perform ongoing assessment to maintain patient stablilty during transport until reaching the emergency room. Relay patient's chief complaint and current vitals to triage agent and release patient care to ER staff.
