Manager – Package Engineering, US regionI currently serve as Manager – Package Engineering, US region for Victory Packaging, one of the largest privately held packaging companies in the world. My primary role is Management of US Engineering team (20+) and 9 Design Centers (Baltimore, Detroit, New Jersey, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, San Antonio, Denver and LA) to include project oversight and resource allocation. I also serve as a Senior Packaging Engineer for our National Accounts, working directly with our sales force in opportunity development. Degreed Packaging Engineer from Michigan State University with two decades of experience in expendable packaging within multiple substrates. Focused on designing packaging solutions around “Total Cost Viability” or in other words….Designing packaging that makes sense and is affordable. My experience designing in multiple materials enables me an unbiased approach to provide your company with the right packaging solution best suited for your particular product. I am well rounded, understand business and if you every have met me, I’m very passionate about packaging. Recognized for strong proactive cooperation within teams and collaborating with various business groups including, sales, procurement, and operations.
