Liasing with customers on order issues. • Assisting the Key Account Manager in trouble shooting any customer related issues and maintaining specific stock levels for customer call off. • Monitoring customer stock for invoicing to promote a lean stock system. • Making decisions on production methods for cut shapes by Laser, Plasma and Water Jet cutting methods, based on the component dimensions..
