I worked with Robert for over 5yrs and I would highly recommend him for any senior engineering position. He is excellent with clients and fellow engineers. He has an unbelievable depth of knowledge across all areas of an IP network, LTE, and Optical which is simply amazing. He can set up, design and troubleshoot network systems that usually take multiple experts from different expertise but because of Robert's experience, he can dive into the issues to solve the problems, streamline and design. I have known Robert for 10+ years. He worked on my team as senior LTE core network engineer. Robert was our goto guy for tough issues especially related to IP. With multiple CCIE certifications, Robert was known for his technical skill and once a problem was assigned to him you knew it would not be long before it was fixed. Robert was promoted from my team to a new team in the enterprise space and eventually moved into technical sales. There is no doubt that Robert will strengthen any team he is part of.

I am writing to express my admiration and full recommendation of Mr. Robert Han as the Project Director for a large service provider /equipment vendor. The team was tasked to implement and early implication a trial demonstration wireless network using early 4G technology and near impossible timeline. My lead Network Engineer was Mr. Robert Han. He was a strong engineer, able to communicate across diverse teams with different technical backgrounds. I came to admire his integrity, technical and leadership skills over the time we worked together. As with any complex introduction of new technology, we encountered problems with requirements, interfaces and specifications. Mr. Han possessed both the technical and managerial skills to diplomatically resolve and implement solutions to the problems. He was able to pull all participants and management together as a single team to implement and complete the project. The technical and leadership skills of Mr. Han are impressive. The lead engineer, he needed to have a detailed grasp of the technology and determine ways to address the issues using tact; precision, patience and most of all trust both up and down the chain of command. Mr. Han possesses a coupling of these traits.
