My role includes but is not limited to; deployment and support of local and remote IT systems such as Microsoft Server, Hyper V virtualised servers, network infrastructure and support, as well as hardware and software deployment and support. I am currently the sole first line support for the IT needs of 100+ staff across 7 national sites. I also lead on ISO 9001 and 14001 policy writing and auditing.
