Assistant Manager
-
Apr 2019 - Sep 2020
I was promoted to the role of Assistant Manager due to maintaining excellent standards. This new role brought additional tasks and roles. I have been tasked with finding and training new staff members, as well as managing current staff. I am responsible for the accountancy of cash and its security. I am also responsible for the safety and security of patrons and the premises. I am also involved in monitoring and controlling stock. I am still very much involved with the front of house tasks, serving, cleaning and cellar management. I welcome customers with a friendly and personable manner and see that they get the best we have to offer.

Logistics Operator
-
May 2014 - Aug 2014
From May to July 2014 I was employed as a Logistics Operative at Royal Liverpool Golf Club prior to the Open Championship. I had responsibility for the co-ordination of supply vehicles entering and leaving the site as well as traffic control within the area of operation. During the Championship days, I was posted to direct traffic on the course so that spectators were not disrupted. After the Championship the Operations Manager described our logistics team as “The best he’s worked with”. This role allowed me to demonstrate my interpersonal and organisational skills.
