  After a long and amazing career spanning over 40 years, I am retiring from the pulp & paper industry. It has been a great time and I have met some truly amazing friends along the way. I firmly believe that the people you meet and work with for so many years shape and influence you in ways that cannot be measured or even imagined. As a third generation pulp & papermaker, I feel truly blessed to have been part of a team of people that know how to work hard and appreciate the rewards that come from their efforts. Thanks to all of those that I worked with and I hope life treats you as well as it has me!

  Responsible for entire Paper Machine operation. Career in all areas of newsprint production since 1980.

  Greenfield newsprint mill start-up in 1989. Skills included TMP Operator, Boiler Operator, and Dry End Operator on the Paper Machine. Promoted to Operations Management in 1995 and advanced through several management positions. Active involvement in the West Coast Mechanical Pulping Committee serving 4 years as chairman. Position of Pulping Manager included responsibility for Safety, Production, and Quality of TMP and Recycled Pulp for manufacturing newsprint.
