I had the good fortune of serving with Rob while he was the Chief of Staff at MCRD/WRR San Diego. As a leader, you will be hard pressed to find an individual as approachable, dynamic, and flexible as he is (just to name a few traits). He was instrumental in my development as a young officer and the lessons that I learned through my day to day interaction with him are still being applied today in my current role as a manager in corporate America. Many folks have leaders, mentors, or colleagues that leave indelible marks on their lives both personally and professionally.
