Trelleborg is a world-renowned engineered polymer solutions manufacturer with over 150 years of experience. I currently co-ordinate installation management, project commissioning, inspection surveys, and site upgrades as well as supervise contractors and successfully manage 150+ projects and participate in tendering processes for new Master Service Agreements. As a leader, I serve as key point of contact; I communicate with colleagues, liaise with clients and suppliers, and report to executives as well as ensure compliance with our company procedures and policies. I devise best practices, implement new Trelleborg systems, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures to maximise the safety of our staff. On the more technical side, I install the mechanical and electrical aspects of our product line, conduct diagnostic troubleshooting, and create detailed technical documentation for clients. I inspect, commission, and oversee maintenance and repair work on docking and mooring equipment as well as co-ordinate and supervise subcontract labour. I also play a key role in training where I coach clients on daily operations, troubleshooting, and TMS routine maintenance and advise customers from a technical authority perspective to ensure smooth business operations. In terms of administration, I prepare proposals for upgrades, services, and spare parts. I debrief parties post-site inspection, produce and submit field paperwork, supervise site acceptance tests, timesheets, and trip reports. I monitor the differences between installations and engineering specifications, guide quality assurance systems, manage inventory, and maintain the open items log. • Spearheaded project management for multi-million dollar service contract with large scale LNG export company.• Acquired new business opportunities leading to company growth and revenue increases.• Developed profitable after-sales service structure in collaboration with Sales team. In my role as Service Technician, I conducted routine preventative maintenance on the mechanical, electrical, transmission, and hydraulic systems of wind turbines. I maintained the turbine systems, performed troubleshooting protocols for issues, and responded to emergency breakdowns and unscheduled maintenance. I also oversaw major component changes including gearboxes, generators, and blades, as well as installed and removed components and gearboxes. My work also gave me the chance to implement the utilisation of SCADA systems on sites. I also regulated endoscope inspections, authorised technicians, and guaranteed compliance with Wind Turbine Safety rules. To optimise safety, I produced approved procedures and method statements, assessed risks, as well as managed sites and trained staff. • Successfully completed all projects within deadline. Show less
