Robert (SGM-Retired Garo) is a phenomenal logistics professional who personal and professional character is demonstrative of consistent excellence - he always goes the extra mile in everything he does. I served alongside Robert for two years, from 2011 to 2013 within the 45th Sustainment Brigade and during that time he served as a senior logistician providing on-time support and resources to Service-members on Schofield Barracks, Hawaii and in Southern Afghanistan supporting combat operations. He possesses superior leadership, managerial and logistics technical skills to manage small to large organization and or, complex programs. But more than anything, I was always impressed with his ability to genuinely connect with his teammates and organizations. An experienced, engaging, affable Business First, and People Always Leader - he will be an asset to any organization.
