I had the privilege of working with Bob Washburn from 2007 through 2018. Bob started as a IT Support Services Technician, but it wasn't long before his leadership skills were recognized and was selected to manage the IT Support Services team. Bob has always been a tremendous team leader that leads by example. He's a firm believer in continuous improvement in not only himself, but also in his work. He's always investigating new processes or methods to improve performance in achieving successful outcomes. As the Manager of IT Support Services, Bob has been responsible for a whole myriad of IT projects and day to day functions from desktop support, system administration, help desk, audio visual and telecommunications. It's refreshing to work with Bob because of his "can-do" attitude. He's always been the one to see tasks or challenges as opportunities to achieve efficient results. This has always been an asset in his project management skills. Bob is a very effective communicator and is able to lead cross-functional teams in projects. Bob would be a fantastic asset to any organization!
