  Review all Nursing Facilities packets and prep them in order for the Nurse to review. I'm responsible for reviewing and completing all the bed holds. I'm also responsible for creating SDCB letters and providing quality assurance for each SDCB approval prior to creating and sending out letters. I also create Annual and initial NFLOC's, service authorizations, respite, and ERS. I’m also responsible for mailing and faxing letters for SDCB, INF. I'm responsible to send RFl's to all Nursing facilities. I also provide responses for my Supervisor for INF authorizations that have discrepancies.
